Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 2026

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Webonmaster ("Agency") and the client ("Client"). By requesting a quote, utilizing our site, or engaging our services, you expressly agree to these Terms. They are designed to adhere to Swiss Federal laws governing commercial contracts.

2. Services and Deliverables

The Agency provides digital services including but not limited to Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and multimedia creation. The specific deliverables, milestones, and project goals will be strictly defined in a distinct Statement of Work (SOW) or Quote provided to the Client prior to commencement.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). We reserve the right to modify quotes if the Client alters the project scope after initial approval. Standard payment terms require an upfront milestone target before heavy engineering begins.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment of all invoices, the Client will assume ownership of the final deployed digital assets (e.g., website frontend structures and graphics). The Agency retains intellectual property over its proprietary underlying frameworks, reusable codebases, and custom pre-existing tools injected into the project.

5. Revisions and Maintenance

Projects include a formally scoped number of revision rounds. Any requests beyond these rounds will be billed effectively at our standard hourly rate. Post-launch maintenance and active debugging are not inherently included unless specifically purchased via a Retainer Agreement.

6. Liability

The Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of profits occurring from server downtime, third-party API breakages, or delays outside our direct jurisdiction.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of this relationship is Zurich, Switzerland.
